                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM RICHARD J. EBERSOLE AND
                   ANITA H. EBERSOLE, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   73B-2, BIG RIDGE COLLECTOR SEWERS IV, TRACT
                   NO. 759, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF TWO
                   THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Richard J. Ebersole and Anita 
H.
       Ebersole, relative to Contract No. 73B-2, Big Ridge Collector
       Sewers IV, Tract No. 759, for a consideration of $2,000.00.
